Product & Fabric Disclaimer
Our unstitched fabrics are photographed and displayed as accurately as possible. However, fabric color and texture may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.
All unstitched fabric measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to cutting or finishing differences.
Once fabric has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed once the product is dispatched.
If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, our team will contact you to offer an alternative product or a store credit/refund.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
Availability may vary — in case of stock unavailability or pricing error, Malabisun reserves the right to cancel or modify the order.
Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and order volume.
Malabisun is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
For unstitched fabrics, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving the order, along with proof (photo/video).
Fabric that has been used, washed, or stitched will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan.
By using our website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan for any disputes.
