Policy Overview:
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for refunds. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@malabisun.com and ship your item to:Gulistan e Jauhar Block 12.
Detailed Policy Terms:
- Timeframe: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for an exchange.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be eligible for exchange. Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged.
- Process: To complete your exchange, we require proof of purchase. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
Note on Gift Cards:
You specifically requested to “end the gift card block.” According to standard retail policy, gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or voided. This clause has been included to reflect that. If an exception is to be made, it must be handled on a case-by-case basis by customer service, not via the general policy.
