Q: What are my shipping options and costs?
- A: We offer standard and expedited shipping within Pakistan. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over PKR 3000.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
- A: Processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary:
- Major Cities: 3-5 business days with standard shipping.
- Other Areas: 5-10 business days with standard shipping.
Expedited shipping reduces this time by 1-2 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- A: We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. Please contact us immediately at info@malabisun.com with your order number. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet entered the packing/shipping stage.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
- A: We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- You have 10 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Fabric Note: Once fabric is cut, stitched, washed, or altered, it cannot be exchanged.

Q: How do I start an exchange?
- A: Email us at info@malabisun.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the simple process.
Q: Can I return a sale item or get a refund?
- A: All sales are final. Items purchased during a sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange as per the conditions above. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges for faulty or wrong items.
Q: What about gift cards?
- A: Malabisun gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They do not expire.
Payments & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- A: We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers,easypasa, jazzcash and cash on delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
- A: Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, the highest standard in online security. We do not store your full card details on our servers. All payments are processed through secure, certified payment gateways.
Q: Why was my COD (Cash on Delivery) order not confirmed?
- A: COD is subject to approval and availability in your area. For first-time orders to certain locations, we may require advance payment for verification. You will be notified if this applies.

Q: Are the colors on screen accurate?
- A: We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, due to differences in monitor calibrations, there may be a slight variation between the image and the actual product. Please refer to the fabric description for details.
Q: What is your fabric like? Do you have size charts?
- A: We pride ourselves on high-quality fabrics. Descriptions include material composition (e.g., Cotton, Lawn, Linen). You can find detailed size charts on each product page to help you select the perfect fit for stitched garments.
Q: Can I get fabric or apparel customized?
- A: Currently, we offer ready-to-wear and unstitched fabrics as displayed. We do not offer bespoke tailoring or customization services at this time.
